The acronym PAVE stands for: Passion, Action, Vision and Excellence! Find your passion first because without passion staying the course is much more difficult. Take bold action driven by purpose. Define your Vision clearly so you know why you want to achieve your goal. Finally live for excellence in everything you do.

Once you pave the way to reach a goal, for example increasing the sales of one product, you can efficiently apply your roadmap to increase the sales of other products.

PASSION

The difference between success and failure is passion and faith. Here’s your litmus test. How deeply do you want to achieve this goal? Are you passionate about it? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it? If not, change it! If so, go ahead!

The best way to become an expert in reaching goals is to start with one product, follow a roadmap, refine it, and then implement it in more products. Having A CLEARLY DEFINED goal that you are passionate about is the key to staying focused.

How many times have you heard that you must follow the acronym SMART to set your goals? And how many times have you set goals that don’t come close to being smart. Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound. Take a second look at your goal. IS IT SMART? “Increase sales of my device” is NOT a smart goal. “Increase sales of my devices by 10% by December 1, 2016” is a smart goal.

ACTION

“Our goals can only be achieved through the vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe and on which we must act energetically. There is no other way to success.” Pablo Picasso

An action plan contains the tasks, milestones, and deadlines that you must follow to reach your goal. Divide your goal into subgoals; put them on a calendar or spreadsheet. Assign tasks and the resources you need every step of the way.

When it comes to increasing sales, the minimum resources required can be sales scripts, presentations, leads, a follow-up system, a referral program, and of course a positive and passionate attitude towards your goal and the product. you are selling.

Finally, you must take immediate action driven by purpose. Actions that will bring you one step closer to your goal until you reach it!

The process so far is 1- Set a goal, 2- Define your big Why (your passion), 3- Design your action plan and 4-Take action.

VIEW

Do you have a clear vision of your bottom line? How will you feel? How does your success look? And what are you going to do? Have a reward planned? Having a clear picture or picture of your goal, more specifically how it will feel or where it will be once you’ve reached it, can help you get through tough times.

You will run into obstacles while pursuing your goals. How will you stay the course when this happens? Having a clear vision can help you refocus your passion and belief and remind you why you want to achieve this goal.

TIP: If you want to increase your sales, so you can earn more money, so you can go on a cruise, print a photo of the cruise you want to be on and put it on your refrigerator, computer, or as a display. to know.
