As a child, you often heard your parents yell about how hard it is to be a parent, and that probably left a mark on you. Now you have a child and you’re thinking “Now what?!” Well, fear not, because we have some parenting tips that will assure you that being a parent is as hard as you make it out to be. Let’s start.

There are three things you have to make clear from the beginning. You have three basic jobs to keep your kids fit. That is upbringing, education, health and wellness. When you realize that you must give your children food, shelter, clothes and school, you are already on a good way, but the most important thing in parenting is that your children, sooner or later, grow up and become good people. Once you side with that, it’s all set for you to make a plan.

There is a question to ask yourself: “What kind of adult do you want your child to become?”

Because what you sow now, you will reap later, since childhood is the age of our lives that most defines our character.

You should always try to be an example for your children and show them how they should be, because children at a younger (and even older) age are taking their parents as role models.

Remember that it is you who is giving them a vivid picture of this world, and that they perceive you as the one who is always there to protect them, which brings us to something else: balance. You should always keep work and play time relatively equal and the time you spend together with the time you spend apart. You have to prepare them for life, and the sooner you realize that this is your main role, things will be much easier.

Teach him to differentiate between good and evil, prepare him to socialize and prepare him so that in this world there are all kinds of people, both good and bad, and that he will have to adapt to his environment.

Set high expectations for their education and behavior, but don’t be too hard on them if they don’t meet those expectations, rather reward them when they do.

You should always let them express themselves and be who they are, and just give them enough guidelines to make them a strong and healthy person.
