Life is not full of roses and positivity all the time, there are times when even the most inspired person feels depressed.

Here are 5 tips I’ve used to help get myself out of a negative or ‘bad’ vibe and get back on track. When we flow with the positive vibes in our own space, that is when the magic of opportunity begins to happen.

1. Develop your mindset. Reading self-development books, watching motivational videos on your channel in areas where you feel you need to strengthen yourself will help you improve your mindset and confidence.

You are more than you think you are. Yes you are. You just have to look at ALL of your qualities. If you can’t see what they are, ask your friends, they will tell you the honest truth.

two. If it is not failing, it is not. By this I mean that we all have to at least TRY something, right? If you’re not testing SOMETHING, you’re ultimately doing NOTHING, which means you’re going nowhere.

However, when you do your best and try, but it doesn’t work out, then FAILING and learning from that failure ensures that you are MOVING FORWARD!

We have to get ahead of our failures. You know that most successful people fail many times, but they learn from each failure and turn it into a success the next time? You also can.

3. See the positive in every negative. Let’s face it, shit happens, we landed some horrible punches at a time when things seem to be going really, really well. However, sometimes you just have to look deeply into the situation to find out what was positive. For example, the other day my son was in a car accident, (not his fault) and he felt so depressed, in fact distressed he was closer to the truth … but what came out was that his car was fixed and he had se They put newer grills. Now, a few months earlier, he was “complaining” about the scratches and small stone teeth on his hood, but now his hood was being repaired as part of the claim. For me that was positive of the negative, also the fact that a lesson learned was to be more aware of other drivers and what they are doing, and don’t guess they know what they are doing!

Four. Let it go! Yes, just like the Frozen track, if you hold on to bad vibes, negative feelings, and sadness for too long, this will depress you and possibly push those around you away. So let it go There is nothing you can do about it anyway, but reflect and learn from the situation. Go out and have fun, watch a comedy, find the funny moment in the ‘bad’ event, do something that makes you smile, the negative vibes will soon leave your body.

5. Look ahead, not back. Listen, we were created with our eyes in front of our heads, not behind us, so that gives you a hint of where you should look, right? Too often people get stuck in the past and keep looking back on old issues / problems. If you keep looking back, you won’t see a new door or opportunities opening for you.

If you do some of these things, if not all, your life will change and you will discover that there is more to life, through the lessons that life has to offer. Yes, every trial and challenge is a lesson that life has especially for YOU, and if you don’t take that lesson in, life will keep repeating the lesson until you GET it!
