There are two immutable laws in network marketing that most people, for whatever reason, don’t seem to teach, and I might get a bit upset about this, but I’d rather tell you the truth than not.
These two laws can create a lot of things in MLM, including some things you don’t want:
Frustration.
Discouragement.
Resentment.
Let.
Many times people join a network marketing company and are excited and full of energy and vigor, only to find that the wind has been blown out of their sails and the fuel has been diverted from their engines. But if they had known a thing or two, it might not have been.
Reality often isn’t taught in Network Marketing because it’s skewed with some weird guy blowing up early on and everyone else waiting for that to happen. That’s what these two MLM laws are all about.
This will help reality work in your favor, not against you, as it often does. That’s why so many great people come out of this business. They do not understand what is the reality superior to this business.
We teach these two laws to our dealers, and I think everyone should at least know this and be aware of it to at least understand the realities of what’s going on.
You may not agree with that, but I have never met anyone who has been successful who disagreed.
They tell it as it is, not as we would like it to be. But then again, knowing them can help make them work in your favor.
What are the two changing laws?
1) Most of the people you talk to will not be the ones you are looking for.
2) Most of the people you talk to will know who you are looking for.
Simple and to the point.

That’s so true. Most people in life are not really interested in taking responsibility for a business and its future. Most leave it in the hands of someone else who feels they can do it better and has more experience (and they end up working for others).
This is the truth. Either you accept it or you don’t accept it.
Seven or even eight people out of ten won’t be the ones you’re looking for, but that’s okay…
Don’t let that get you down, because those same people will probably know who you’re looking for, and also, these people make great clients and referral sources.
2) Most of the people you talk to will know who you are looking for.
This is the best part, because think about this. If you talk to people about your product or business, and you know something positive is more likely to happen to you, that’s great news for you!
If the person you’re talking to is interested (and some will be), that’s awesome! But if you don’t, chances are you know who he’s looking for and can help guide him to that person.
That is a secret of this business.
Everyone can help extend your reach to a larger pool of possibilities!
Hell’s Secret:
Look at everyone you come in contact with as a door that can open doors and lead you to other people.
We taught this for years, and when people switched to this thinking, it really made a difference in how they were perceived by the prospect.
Everyone knows people who need your product or even need your business. Let them help you. Don’t be afraid to ask for their help in locating them, as many will. And even for those who don’t, ask if you can at least send information to some of their friends.
Leads can be a great gateway for you and your business.
But here’s a million dollar question:
Will they be for you an entrance to success or an exit from it?
