Someone has been feeling bummed out with her thrush treatment and the diet is harsh after 16 years on it so lately she has been dropping and the pounds are coming back due to poor digestion. She thinks that with some moral support she can muster the discipline she needs. She is going to the dentist next month to see the last of her mercury fillings. She wonders if anyone had any luck with that.
I have to compare the above situation with my friend’s. She was a mess yesterday and she hopes today will be better. The wind was bad there around her and the pollen was in the air while she is hypersensitive, she thinks she has deviated from the diet. The diet seems to be the best thing for her, and supplements and diflucan don’t work for her unless she’s also on the diet. The doctor says it’s hard for her to even absorb the thyroid medication if she’s not digesting food efficiently.
You’d think all this would be motivation enough anyway, but sometimes it’s not, especially when I’m under a lot of stress, or when I’m hungry and haven’t prepared something ahead of time. You need to stop feeling sorry for yourself because regular dieters can cheat from time to time with no ill effects. Also, remember that people on “regular diets” (low fat/high carb) are creating harmful effects for themselves the entire time they are on the diet. This candida diet in itself is an opportunity for us to have a healthier life, which to me means motivation.
