I studied engineering at Shivaji University, which is now a renowned university, but when I was a child, engineering students at this university were ridiculed for their lack of knowledge and skills. In general, the headhunter recruitment process places an overwhelming emphasis on the final interview that decides the fortune of a new candidate. This was unfair to candidates from smaller towns as their English was not up to par, and despite being fluent engineers and qualifying through rigorous testing, they were rejected at interview. This thinking of recruiters to select the best among equals was clearly flawed. I agree that when candidates are almost equal in their qualifications, knowledge and skills, there must be some criteria to select a candidate, right? Adequate speaking skills are needed even for engineering jobs, but my English speaking skills that decide my chances of getting an engineering job are really ridiculous. Now that I’ve become a writer, my chances are going to be really good, right? It’s a joke!

Similar flawed procedures that exist in various fields need to be corrected for various citations. There are many types of jobs in general, such as government jobs, private jobs, and charity jobs, etc. All these jobs will have different requirements, facilities offered and remuneration. But no one says this on any show that I know of. Why is it not officially hinted to the students that they will be facing this environment and that they should know about it? The reality is that they find out, but this inclusion in my curriculum makes it a quality education for me, especially when you are choosing professional careers.

Education cannot be only practical or theoretical when a student enters school at an early age. It has to be such that all students have an equal opportunity to understand, interpret and, most importantly, execute what they have learned. You have to be fun and disciplined in your approach. The person who imparts this education should be a personality that children would like to be with. We already have a lot of stress in our lives and we need to reduce it. So start with the new generation. Teach them the importance of breathing fresh air first. Then, if necessary, they will learn about technology. It’s all here, no need to be desperate to learn and use it.

Remember that there are now several great career opportunities such as professional sports, art, event management, even farming and other things. So parents who are preparing for their children’s education need to calm down a bit. It is the child who gets the education and not you. People often talk about the days gone by and wish they would come back. Do you wonder why? Mechanization has slowly but surely slowed down the importance of the development of human qualities. Remember that several options should be available to the child when he or she is around 15 years old. That’s when he will realize what he would like to do with her future. So the education must have supported him in such a way that he knows all the options at that time. Well, at least reasonably. A pointless emphasis on formal education induces stress and boredom in the minds of young people after a while.

I know that probably some businessman will open an event management course and make even more money. Why doesn’t the government do it with taxpayers’ money? That is a good investment. The pursuit of a world-class education is not possible for everyone. The Indian educational system mainly has to develop curricula that will eventually be useful to the Indian environment. Find new employment opportunities especially in the agricultural sector and develop students with university level information. Homeschooling is also different and a kind of “old is gold” concept. Vocational trade schools, online education, etc. are some of the different modes of education available, which is great.

I was in Australia for a while. A subway job like Adelaide probably paid me around AU$15 an hour. If I went to a smaller town like Naracoorte the same job would give me AUD 17. Why? They are trying to move the large influx of job seekers from the cities to smaller towns where they could earn more money and live a peaceful life. It’s a win-win situation. More money, fewer expenses, all the facilities and a long peaceful life. City dwellers, don’t you want that? You got to be kidding! Still, the point is that such clever government initiatives make alternative lifestyles more attractive by the time you finish school. Therefore, these updates must be officially available to students during professional courses. That is quality education. Not how many hours I spent at the desk. Why should a person be required to work 12 hour days unless there is some serious problem with my work system? Now, if a student is from such a university/organization that goes to all this trouble, I will give them preference as a recruiter. Opinions definitely solicited!!
