There is something mystical about Star Wars Jedi suits. A figure wearing a hooded cloak, it almost looks like a monk’s robe. But actually it’s much cooler than that and as a costume, on a dark Halloween night they look great. Add to this a lightsaber and it looks like something a bit special.
If you love sci-fi then there can be no better costume than this for you, George Lucas’s Jedi are at the heart of this epic sci-fi series. Many famous actors have donned the robes of a Jedi such as Sir Alec Guinness and Ewan Mcgreggor to name just two. These costumes are great no matter your age, young or old, they really are timeless.
You can find costumes to fit all sizes from babies to plus sizes in the adult range. Also, as he searches for his Star Wars Jedi costumes, he will discover that new ones appear at regular intervals. If you’re going to a group Halloween or costume party, then you shouldn’t have a problem getting everyone dressed in different costumes, as there are so many to choose from.
One of my favorites this year is the Obiwan clone wars adult costume, it really is an awesome costume, it doesn’t come with a cape but it looks very majestic and military style. But you’re not just restricted to Jedi. Remember there are the sith, now these guys were made for a Halloween party and they’re a bit more wacky.
You just have to take Darth Maul to see that. With his red-emblazoned face and horns, now this guy looks like he means business or you could go for old faithful Darth Vader. Either way, there are plenty of options to go. Yoda, well, you could go as Yoda, but I think the average guy will start to hurt his knees.
Regardless of what you decide to choose, assume the role and you will enjoy the experience much more. Go ahead, watch the movies the night before and study the character, it’s great when you see someone at a party really taking on the persona of whoever they’re dressed in, just go and have fun :).
