I am writing a book. I’m not a Harvard grad like Frasier and Niles Crane, hell, I don’t even think I finished school. When I was expelled from school, I later wrote my grade 12 exams, but haven’t bothered to check my results.

I started my blog not because I thought I was an expert in anything. I just had thoughts on my mind and wanted a medium to express those thoughts and hopefully, in the process, help those who can relate to me.

Of course, I think more carefully about my blog posts because it’s being “aired” internationally, but the point is that I just did it, despite all my apprehensions and feelings of being unqualified, and it led me to write a book. .

I didn’t let the thoughts of Who am I to teach anyone anything?gold “what I have really accomplished in the grand scheme of things”gold “I don’t have the grades” stop me

The problem and the solutions are as follows: a body at rest tends to remain at rest; a body in motion tends to stay in motion. Most people don’t roll and have lots of rationalizations as to why they can’t roll.

I could have used many excuses why I shouldn’t, but I’ve made a list of some good excuses why I should, and I’m doing it. Use excuses to your advantage. Find out what you’re going to say to someone who doesn’t think you’re the man for the job. Those will be your excuses as to why it should be done.

I don’t remember where I heard this; My dad emails me these quotes almost every day, so I’m probably one of them, but he’s like, Do something wrong at first, but do it.

That doesn’t mean doing things wrong; it means don’t let your lack of skill in one area stop you from trying something new if you feel inspired to do something.

I think Nike’s slogan, “Just do it!” does not mean, “Don’t think about it, don’t consider the pros and cons, don’t weigh the consequences, just do it!“.

I think it means “Don’t let your perceived inadequacies and limitations stop you, just do it!”

You can’t imagine how many people accomplished massive world-changing things despite not being “qualified.”

I once heard a story in which Henry Ford, the founder of the Ford Motor Company and inventor of the assembly line, was asked what makes him think he is so qualified to run the Ford Motor Company. He answered, “I have a row of electric pushbuttons on my desk, and by pressing the right button I can call to my aid men who can answer any questions I wish to ask about the business in which I am putting most of my efforts.”

That was his excuse as to why he can do it and it changed the world.

Anthony Robbins, through his books, tapes, and seminars, has helped tens of millions of people vastly improve every area of their lives and has himself achieved enormous financial wealth, yet he has no qualifications beyond high school.

By the time most psychology graduates his age were beginning to practice, Robbins had already been invited to consult with world leaders, top sports teams, and billionaires.

Don’t let feelings of inadequacy stop you from doing something great. Do something wrong at first, but do it… or do it right at first; just don’t put it off.
