Eat a little less than your actual appetite. Squeeze the air out of your system from time to time by applying light pressure on your stomach with caution.

The air inside your system can cause a lot of problems. So it has to be forced to keep it fit and well.

As you know, our body is composed of five elements, that is, water, soil, air, fire and Akash (sky) in a defined proportion. Whenever this setting is altered, a problem is bound to arise.

A regulated life keeps you out of such trouble. Therefore, it is in our own interest to follow a regulated schedule.

A regulated lifestyle is full of restrictions. Going to bed early to get up early, timely breakfast, timely meals, regular exercise, and selective diet schedule.

Since we are concentrating on extracting air from our digestive system, it is natural for us to avoid eating carbonated food.

It follows that grains, vegetables, fruits, and other foods that are known to produce gas in the digestive system should be avoided.

To keep our digestion in shape and fine we must avoid drinking water when taking meals since the acids produced by our glands to digest the food we eat are diluted causing a hindrance in the digestion process.

When we get up in the morning after cooling off we can take a walk if possible or we should do some exercises regularly.

Considering our age, we should focus more on yoga exercises. Our main concern should be to expel the gases from our system.

Once our stomach is free of gases, we can drink a glass of warm or cold water and not take anything for at least half an hour.

We are concentrating on staying healthy around the age of fifty because it is the age when most people become neglected for their health, they get used to eating spicy, greasy and fried foods without worrying in the least about their health .

The expulsion of air from the stomach should be done with great caution. The pressure must be applied very gently so that the stomach contents do not spill out.

In our breakfast and meals we must eat restrictive foods as detailed above.

The expulsion process should not begin until approximately two hours after eating the meals. Consistent practice will give you an idea of how much pressure to apply to push gas out of your stomach. The process can be repeated after a short interval until the required result is achieved.

It must be borne in mind that this forced expulsion of air will occur through belching that also in small fragments.

As we know, the digestion of the food we eat is a biochemical phenomenon. The water and gases obtained as by-products are consumed by our body while the excess amount is eliminated from the system. Water along with other toxic substances is eliminated in the form of urine, while gas or air is released naturally as the wind passes.

You have to eat to live and not live to eat. Keep your stomach light, you will always feel fit and energetic. Supercharging, on the other hand, will slow you down.

Therefore, one must be patient and continue to repeat the process from time to time instead of making a habit of doing it from time to time.

To get started, let’s talk about some precautions to take when applying pressure to the stomach. Most of the gases are found in the upper part of the stomach. If we apply a little pressure on the stomach by sucking it in, the air will come out orally in small pieces. Repeated suction will help push enough gas out of the system to make you feel lighter.

A regular lifestyle, a balanced and healthy diet, a little exercise will never give you a chance to regret in life, but will give you a long and healthy life that will be envied by your peers.

We must be very careful when resorting to this process of expelling air from our system, since the stomach is a very delicate organ of our body and any undue pressure on it can be problematic.

However, I will recommend that everyone in their fiftieth anniversary, that is, people fifty years and older, do an early morning start exercise program with the goal of warming up the body and internal organs, as well as getting the air out. of our system.

As for the exercise part, I don’t feel like interfering with the exercise program one wants to follow. Therefore, you can follow the exercise program that suits you best.

Our normal exercise procedure should not be strenuous or vigorous and should be straightforward. Also, our exercise must be balanced, for example, if we rotate the right hand in a full circle four times, we must also rotate the left hand four times.

This initial exercise program will be in addition to the normal exercise routine that you want to follow regularly.

It is very easy to follow this schedule. It only takes 30 to 45 minutes. You don’t have to do anything but stretch to the max in all positions, i.e. lying down, lying on your stomach, and lying on your side.

Now let’s focus on squeezing the air out of our system. There are three positions in which we can expel the air from our system.

In this process, sometimes you may have to lengthen the stomach, sometimes to shorten it, sometimes you may have to suck the stomach up and sometimes push it down.

You may have to shake, twist, turn, lean and stretch your body and do all kinds of internal stunts to push air out of your system, but always using mild to moderate force or pressure and without stressing your stomach. You can also explore your own method and positions to suit your purpose. But make sure this type of exercise is only possible on a hard bed or on a surface on a cotton mattress. Do not use foam or coconut fiber mattresses for this purpose.

This stretch will warm up the internal organs of our body.

Position one is while we are lying on our stomach and positions 2 and 3 follow when we are lying sideways to our right and left side respectively.

We need to put our hands under the chest and handle ourselves in such a way that all the weight of the body does not fall on our stomach. When this position is reached, we can begin the process of expelling the air from our system by sucking our stomach upwards. With each suck, the air will come out in chunks through your mouth. Therefore, we can manage to push the air out of our system gradually.

In position one, that is, while lying on your stomach, we must take certain precautions. Since in this position our stomach is strongly pressed against the bed due to our weight, there is a possibility that the contents of the stomach will spill into the mouth.

When you achieve this position, lightly press your hand against your stomach and suck your stomach up simultaneously. The air will come out in chunks from the mouth in the form of a burp. Our stomach can be compared to a balloon. You will notice that a well inflated balloon softens in a few days as its walls lose elasticity due to the constant pressure of the air. If after a few days we open the mouth of the balloon we find that not all the gas comes out and something remains inside the balloon through the stretched wall.

At the age of fifty, our stomach is like a stretched out balloon. The air remains full inside and this is the reason why we do not feel like eating anything because the stomach already seems tight. If the pressure inside the stomach increases considerably, you will often find people burping from time to time, causing embarrassment to both yourself and others.

We continue to eat one thing or another throughout the day so the level of gases is likely to increase within the system leading to complications. If we develop some technique to expel air from our system from time to time, we can stay fit and well and save ourselves and others embarrassment.

I found this technique of voluntarily expelling gas as it is quiet, unlike a burp, and easily manageable once you get used to it. Also, you will feel active, energetic, lighter all the time and you will never feel bored or lethargic.

Note that we must resort to expelling the air from our system when our stomach is almost empty.

Now let’s discuss the two remaining positions while lying on your side. In either position, whether lying on the right or left, you should bring your knees towards your chest as much as possible. Then insert your right hand, if you are lying on your left side and your left hand, if you are lying on your right side between your chest and legs, the pressure or force applied to expel the air from our system should be slight. to moderate and never beyond. Exerting too much force can create problems.

Last but not least, you must have great Willpower and a lot of patience and confidence that you will achieve what you want to achieve and nothing could stop you from moving forward.

I hope this exercise pattern suits you and can avoid problems related to overfilling of gases in your system.
