The aforementioned women telephoned the Norwich police on Tuesday 21 November 1989 requesting to speak to someone from the British Ministry of Defence. The duty officer advised the women that he would pass the details on to the Ministry of Defense on his behalf, but insisted on taking down the ladies’ details first. The unknown woman insisted on several occasions that she would not provide any identifying information for fear of ridicule and involvement from newspapers. The officer assured the woman that this was not required and to proceed with the information she wanted to impart.
In essence, the woman was walking her dog on Monday, November 20, 1989 at around 10:30 pm on a sports field not far from her home when she was approached by a ‘man’ about 5292 tall with black hair. blond and, oddly enough, what appeared to be a Scandinavian accent. and wearing a light brown garment ‘similar to a flight suit’. The man asked the women if he would stop and ‘listen to what I have to say.’ Clearly terrified by this strange encounter, the lady stayed with the man as he proceeded to inform her that he was, in fact, an alien from another Earth-like planet, in an attempt to verify his claims the lady referenced the phenomenon. from the crop circle that he attributed to alien spacecraft landings.
The man further explained that the purpose of his visits was entirely friendly in nature, but his orders were not to make contact with humans for fear that we would view them as hostile in nature. The ‘man’ had broken with his supposed procedures since he thought it was important that contact between the two people take place.
The meeting between the two parties lasted for around 10 minutes when the man suddenly ran off in the direction he came from. The lady was at that moment in a hysterical state and she proceeded to run back to her house without delay. What makes this encounter particularly interesting is the genuine nature of the caller, as detailed in the police officers’ report.
