1. Oats

Who doesn’t like oatmeal for a delicious breakfast? But did you know that they work as a natural cleanser for your skin? Certainly not, right? Well, these little friends cleanse the skin pores and absorb excess oil, which helps treat acne. Thus, it can also be used as an exfoliant to soothe inflamed skin.

Just add a tablespoon of oats to a small amount of water to form a thick paste. Using circular motions, massage the affected area with the paste. Let sit for approximately 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Or add a cup of oatmeal to your bathtub and soak in it for 30 minutes a day.

2. Apple cider vinegar

Another great ingredient for back acne remedy is apple cider vinegar. It can be easily found in most kitchens. So, mix 2-3 drops of tea tree oil with a cup of water and with the help of a cotton ball apply the solution on the affected area. Allow to dry and save the solution for future applications. 4. Baking soda

But be careful not to use it for treatment more than twice a week. The high concentration of alkaline presence can be too harsh for the skin. To make the scrub, mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with enough water to make a thick paste. Gently rub this paste on your back and other affected area for relief. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

Other notable ingredients also include aloe vera, witch hazel, lavender oil, lemon, and Epsom salt.
