When you start to mentally explore the art of lexigrams, things change.
The late astrologer and poet Linda Goodman is responsible for introducing me to the art of lexigrams through her book Star Signs. Like any good teacher, she laid the information in my lap, gave me some general rules to follow, and ended the lesson by saying, “Go now and make your own Lexigrams.” I did it like that.
I did so for the better part of twenty years, and the experience of working on the art of reading words, names, and phrases drastically altered my perception of things, people, and events. Today, I use Lexing as the great divination tool that it is to discover the secrets that lie waiting to be revealed in the LETTERS that make up THE ALPHABET.
Like prayer and affirmations, lexigrams work to bring you out of the dark and into the light.
For example,
Let the reader see that the same word LETTERS can form the words that are telling us TO LET SEE. Whereas the verb phrase THE ALPHABET is telling us to LET HEAT WIN THE WAY, which simply means that the words we say, think and write resonate at the frequencies of sound vibrations, which will manifest in matter above ethers when they are spoken, thought or written, because lexigrams work under the universal laws of attraction.
The truth of any matter, human life or event is waiting to be revealed by our own eyes and ears. We just have to learn to see and hear them intuitively.
According to Linda Goodman, lexigrams go hand in hand with astrology and numerology. I agree, but I also believe that one does not have to know the elements of Astrology or Numerology for Lexigram. It’s insightful, but not necessary. However, the art of Lexigraming might spark your interest in learning more about Astrology and Numerology. Anything can happen when you expose your mental spirals to Lexigrams.
Now, I have also thought a lot about the words ASTROLOGY and NUMBERS. However, at this writing there is only room to touch on each of them sparingly, so let’s go.
I saw in the letters that comprise the word NUMBERS that they also form words that seem to have a powerful truth of their own as well. I noticed that hidden within the word NUMBERS are the letters that form the words, MEN USE. Do you see it like this?
See how the letters that make up the word NUMBERS can also make up the words MEN USE NUMBERS for BUS RACES and for SUBMENUS and NURSING vs. SUNBURN? Isn’t this the truth?
Fortunately for us, there is also the word SERUM hidden within the word NUMBERS, which certainly confirms the powerful USE of NUMBERS as SERUM in our lives if we learn to MUSE and USE THEM. Now this is where we turn to Astrology.
The curious thing is that, in the phrase THE PLANETS, I saw that it also contains its own powerful truth.
For example,
I have seen hidden within the phrase, THE PLANETS, the letters that can form the words that tell us that they are the TEN PLANS THAT HE (&) SHE HAS ESTABLISHED. Now, don’t the Sun, the Moon and the other eight main celestial bodies, from Mercury to Pluto, add up to the number TEN? If it does. And don’t each of them have their own set orbital speed (PLAN) at which they revolve around the Sun? They Yes.
Considering this in the whole grand scheme of things astronomical, and knowing well that our own Earth/Moon system can be infallibly measured, as in the exact date and time of solar and lunar eclipses, the functions of THE PLANETS seem to be more easily expressed. in his own words as being, A SET OF TEN PLANS. Wouldn’t you agree?
So what do PLANETS have to do with NUMBERS? Well, that implies writing so deep that it doesn’t fit here. But I’ll tell you this, it’s about the word LENGTH and its profound truth was first discovered while working on the whereabouts of a missing child.
As you can see, we measure the whereabouts of the planets in degrees and minutes of celestial LONGITUDE. Longitude is based on a coordinate system that uses the 360-degree circle where zero degrees start on the ecliptic in the sign of Aries. The ecliptic is the imaginary static path used by the Sun and the Planets as they move through the full 360 degrees of the zodiac constellations.
I found that the position of each planet when expressed in both its constellation degree and total longitude degrees at our birth will date the most important events of our life.
The word LENGTH when all its letters are rearranged into anagrams in the two words, TO ENJOY. It also forms anagrams on the two words, UNTIE GOLD. To start Lexigning yourself, you’ll need the short and easy rules.
- start with a word that interests you, before moving on to a name
- you can only use the letters in front of you. If there is only one letter T in your original word, you can only use one T in the hybrid words.
- you don’t want to read a name or phrase that has more than 13 separate vowels and consonants
- you need a piece of paper, I prefer lined paper and double-spaced columns, so that each word has the breath it needs to come alive in your mental spiral.
- To write your lexigram, read your words out loud and bounce them off each other to hear the truth and jot down the verses quickly.
A lexigram can be written by anyone. You do not need to be well versed in Astrology or Numerology. You just need to give lexing some practice and time, and have a relentless desire to unearth the truth. Astrology for today.
